Kristen Grau, CPA, CVA is the company’s Executive Vice President and head of SRG’s Seller Advocacy listing program. Kristen has completed hundreds of valuations and sales, assisting advisors to sell their practice and single handedly increased values industry wide.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the financial sector, Kristen began her career as a tax accountant with Moss Adams LLP and Delap LLP, where she gained expertise in accounting, tax compliance, and taxation for individuals and business owners. From these experiences, Kristen provides SRG and its clients with comprehensive and informed guidance and advice.

Kristen earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Portland State University. She is an active CPA in the state of Oregon and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). She is also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts® (NACVA), and a past board member/treasurer of Montessori Northwest, a local non-profit. In 2020, Kristen’s achievements have won her recognition of the 40 Under Forty award by NACVA.

Kristen is a wife, mother of three, entrepreneur, and Oregon native. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her children,  and traveling.

Fun Facts: Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, became a vegetarian when she was eight, enjoys traveling and outdoor activities. Her guilty pleasure is chocolate, popcorn, and watching mindless television when the schedule permits.
