Privacy Policy

Succession Resource Group, Inc. (“Succession Resource Group”) and its affiliates operate www.successionresource.com and may operate other websites. It is Succession Resource Group’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

·       Website Visitors. Like most website operators, Succession Resource Group collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Succession Resource Group’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Succession Resource Group’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Succession Resource Group may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

·       Succession Resource Group also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on www.successionresource.com. Succession Resource Group only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.

·       Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information. Certain visitors to Succession Resource Group’s websites choose to interact with Succession Resource Group in ways that require Succession Resource Group to gather personally-identifying information. ·       Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information. Succession Resource Group discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Succession Resource Group’s behalf or to provide services available at Succession Resource Group’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Succession Resource Group uses cookies to help Succession Resource Group identify and track visitors, their usage of Succession Resource Group website, and their website access preferences. ·       Data Privacy Statement for Webinars. From time-to-time Succession Resource Group will hold webinars and provide other interactive digital content through its website and other third-party service providers. In registering and attending any webinar hosted by Succession Resource Group we would like to inform you that we collect certain information about you. Your information may be used by us to conduct existing and future research into our services. Where you have agreed on any third-party webinar platform provider’s website, we will use your information to send you other news and updates from Succession Resource Group. This may involve us contacting you using the contact information you provided when registering. By registering for one of our webinars, downloading content from our Website, or subscribing to our newsletters or listing notifications, you consent to receiving email marketing material from us, you may at any time ask us to cease sending you such material by (i) clicking the unsubscribe button at the end of the email or (ii) replying to the email with “STOP”.

Succession Resource Group encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. If you have a www.successionresource.com account, you might also receive an alert informing you of these changes. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
