  • What's included?

    Enterprise consulting is designed to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding of the issue(s)/concern/opportunity and provide you the recommendations and strategy to optimize. The following are the milestones we work through with every client, big or small:

    • Deep Dive:We start by making sure we understand your goals, objectives, and pain points. We seek to understand the scope of the business, organizational structure, financials, existing agreements, and other related materials before we provide detailed recommendations. This is facilitated by at least one to two hours of video conferencing and emails, with any additional consulting provided as needed to understand scope. 
    • Strategy: SRG will then provide a detailed written recommendation memorandum. The recommendation memo will often include diagrams/flow charts, a summary of the issue and detailed recommendations.
    • Feedback: After reviewing the memo, SRG will discuss the recommendations, provide context for the recommendations, answer your team’s questions, and refine if there are any concerns or additional considerations added based on the debrief.

    Upon delivery of the finalized recommendations memorandum, clients will have the details needed to take action, either leveraging SRG's turnkey programs where applicable or with local counsel and/or coaches.

  • How long is the process?

    Every engagement is different, and our team will move at your pace, while helping keep a healthy amount of pressure on to ensure we help you meet your target deadlines. For most clients, the discovery process, recommendations memorandum, and feedback/revision process takes 2-3 months from start to finish.
